The clip I chose was from the movie Witches Of Eastwick. It is a speech by Jack Nicholson about women. I watched probably 3 hundred kinetic typography examples as well as a ton of tutorials. I had a lot of trouble and problems. First I wanted to find a clip that hadn't been done before, which is hard, because the best stuff has already been done. Then I pretty much followed an online tutorial to a t and got shafted because my illustrator file was blurry and pixelated. So, I was pissed.
After all of that I restarted my project in after effects. I got it done, barely.
My major problems came with my importing of files and the damn camera. it seemed like everything i did was wrong with it and i am honestly sick of this project now.
I enjoyed it though, and i like what i did, except for the last few seconds. I got rushed at the end and didn't do it as well as I had wanted to.
I think you have a good eye, your font layout is really good. font colors were cool, i don't know how i feel about the flood color. overall, with a better camera work, this video could have been amazing! its still really good, tho.
